DOOMSDAY SCROLL

Doomsday Scroll is a multimedia photo and video installation that examines the delicate balance between personal experience and information overload. Touching on themes ranging from feminism and capitalism, this narrative panel uses absurdity and symbolism to navigate a chaotic world. This doomsday-like scene is reminiscent of the childhood game “I Spy” and invites the viewer to shift focus from object to object, effectively controlling what is engaged with and assigned meaning. Almost all of the objects in this work were collected and curated by hand and digitally photographed and compiled.
