Julianna Sousa

Julianna Sousa is a Visual Artist from New York, currently living in Madrid, España. Her background is in fine art photography, focusing on set and prop design with a strong interest in mold making. Sousa earned her BFA in Photography from Parsons School of Design and has worked in the music industry as an in-house photographer, along with maintaining a freelance practice for over six years. Known for her bold and whimsical style,as well as minature world building, she embraces experimentation and often creates work shaped by personal experiences, humor, and girlhood. She draws inspiration from Dadaism and Surrealism.
